By commissioning me, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. payment terms

- Currency: All payments will be made in USD on paypal (goods and services).
- Pricing: Prices are as listed on my instagram and google forms. Additional charges may apply for complex designs, revisions, or special requests.
- Full Payment: full payment is required upfront.
- Payment Deadline: Payment must be made within 2 days of invoice.

2. Process and Turnaround

- Work Schedule: I will start working on your commission in the order of payment received.
- Estimated Turnaround: 5-12 weeks for completion, depending on complexity and my current workload. Delays will be communicated.
- Progress Updates: You will receive updates during the sketching, colouring and final touches stages on my trello. Major revisions are allowed only during the sketch stage.
- Revisions: [1-3] revisions are included during the sketch stage. Minor adjustments during later stages (e.g., colouring) may be requested. Any additional major revisions after approval of the sketch will incur extra charges.

3. Rights and Usage

Artist Rights:
I retain all rights to the artwork, including the right to post, distribute, and promote it unless agreed otherwise.
I may feature the commissioned work on my social media unless explicitly requested not to do so by the client prior to commissioning.
Client Rights:
You may use the artwork for personal, non-commercial purposes (e.g., social media icons, personal prints).
Commercial use of the artwork (e.g., merchandise, logos, prints for sale) is prohibited.
Copyright: You are not allowed to alter, trace, edit, or claim the artwork as your own. Credit to the artist is required when sharing the artwork publicly.

4. Refunds and Cancellations

Cancellations by Client: If I have completed the sketch and no more, 50% will be refunded. Anymore completion after the sketch, no refunds will be issued.
Cancellations by Artist: If, for any reason, I am unable to complete your commission, you will receive a full refund.

5. Delivery

Final File Delivery: Digital commissions will be delivered as a high-resolution file via email.
Physical Delivery: If applicable, physical artworks will be shipped via a tracked, padded mailer through Australia Post with the costs borne by the client.
File Types: The default file types for delivery are PNG. Additional formats can be provided on request.

6. Communication

Preferred Communication: All communications regarding the commission should be done via @llemoncurdll on instagram or telegram.
Response Time: Please allow up to 1 business day for me to respond to messages or questions.

7. Prohibited Content

I reserve the right to refuse commissions that involve:
- Hateful, offensive, or discriminatory content
- Illegal activities or NSFW subjects

8. Confidentiality

All personal information shared during the commissioning process will remain confidential and will not be shared with third parties.

By commissioning me, you agree to all the terms outlined in this document.
